New Online Prescription Policy

Your pet’s health and safety are our primary concerns. In recent years there have been increasing reports of erroneous and unacceptable handling of pet prescriptions by online pharmacies.

Effective May 1, 2023, we will no longer honor email or faxed prescription requests from third-party online pharmacies.

It is your legal right to obtain medications elsewhere with a written prescription, upon your request. If you would prefer to obtain your pet’s prescription from an online or local pharmacy, rather than from us, we will gladly provide you with a written prescription, which you can provide to the pharmacy of your choice.
